The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title) insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Federal Insurance Office to implement, administer, or enforce subsection (e)(6) of section 313 of title 31, United States Code. Additionally, none of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Office of Financial Research to implement, administer, or enforce section 5343(f) of title 12, United States Code.
