The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. 902. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the November 10, 2022, ``Policy Statement Regarding the Scope of Unfair Methods of Competition Under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, Commission File No. P221202''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 847, the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Fitzgerald) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Wisconsin.
