I don't think it's a reasonable approach to statutory interpretation to say that somehow you can import that language into another amendment that isn't there and that that isn't a prohibition.

The hypocrisy here is important. The fact that a state like Texas is invading the privacy of women on abortion... but they're saying that somehow, it's wrong to make sure that we all get a vaccine to protect each other.
