Law Enforcement should be required to seek a warrant as soon as possible, within reason, given the fact that what the amendment tries to get at is emergency situations involving hackers. As soon as possible, they should have to meet the standards that are normally met. But, yes, the amendment does permit that, in my view, rather extraordinary period of time before the requirement would have to be made.
