I want to state for the record that I disagree fundamentally with an amendment that became part of the Department of Defense authorization legislation last week that stated that military commissions should be the preferred forum for prosecutions of detainees.

The hypocrisy here is important. The fact that a state like Texas is invading the privacy of women on abortion... but they're saying that somehow, it's wrong to make sure that we all get a vaccine to protect each other.
