Am I also correct in my understanding that five of these parcels covered by these applications are currently within the Nellie Juan-College Fjord Wilderness Study Area, WSA, designated by Congress in section 704 of Public Law 96-487, the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act, ANILCA?
