I also point out that the AFL-CIO has also said it is willing to make further disclosure itself as long as business is willing to do the same. I would invite the other side to actually offer a real amendment--not a sense of the Senate, but a real amendment--to try to address this. It is simply untrue that we are not covering groups on both sides. I specifically mentioned the Sierra Club and $4.5 million to cover that.
