What I fear is, what they see is a what looks like a perfectly normal hearing. It looks like one, but it's not. It's based on a completely illicit a power grab to jam through a nominee right in the middle of an election at a time that has never been done this late.

You absolutely count to 50, but some of the names that have been put around already are people who have received votes from Republicans on the Judiciary Committee.
