It's an embarrassment.

It is clearly constitutional to hold this trial now and to have the vote on disqualification.

President Biden has stressed repeatedly that human rights must be at the center of our foreign policy, and I could not agree more.

This is actually hanging over her head. And so we have never had a president who we would ever think we'd do something like this.
