I was wondering if the Senator would briefly be willing to continue the discussion of the constitutional issues. Mr. President, I appreciated the Senator's candid responses on the relationship of the Buckley v. Valeo decision to the issues of contributions. He also talked a little bit about corporate and union spending and what should be done there. Does the Senator have a constitutional problem with the current law's ban on corporate union spending in connection with Federal elections?
