I would like to point out before we go into questions that we did invite the EPA administrator, Gina McCarthy, to appear here and testify, and she declined.

Costs will increase for our customers.

I would find it hard to believe... that regulators and EPA could better manage our State's pristine water resources than the Wisconsinites at DNR.

Currently, Wisconsin and 25 other States are seeking a stay of this illegal rule.

We have come a long way. And again, it is a goal, maintaining a clean environment, cleaning up even further, that we all really agree to.

The Clean Power Plan is the centerpiece of the Obama Administration's intended environmental legacy, but the repercussions of this will devastate Wisconsin's economy for little or no benefit.

We all want a clean environment, something we all value, particularly here in the State of Wisconsin.

But again, those are costs. And those do get allocated into rates; correct?

But that is a far stricter or more stringent standard than what the Army Corps lists as a navigable water; correct?

That law was not passed, despite having what could have been a path to passage there with majorities of both Houses and control of the White House.

This is going to affect our economy in some way, shape, or form.

To enhance the economic and national security of America.

I became involved and a strong supporter of school choice many years before I ran for the U.S. Senate.

It is about opportunity. It is about giving people a choice. It is about giving people a chance.

I was talking to younger people, as well, and they believe that--I think it is all those things that you mentioned. It is the credibility, it is the authenticity of journalistic research.

So, it is hard to totally control society.

The goal is to overwhelm Western societies with the cynicism, to show them that, 'While we are bad, but nobody is good.'

The question I was really--and maybe somebody else could answer this, is--What other Russian ethnic populations within other countries is vulnerable?

I was talking about my basic sense that, obviously, Radio Free Europe, Voice of America, these things were very strong in the cold war, and we kind of almost mothballed the things.

Okay. So, it was actually the law in place.

So, you do not buy it.

How do we push information to Russia, though? I mean, is it radio? Are we completely blocked by TV? Are we completely blocked on the Internet?

So, it is a combination of the two.

You guys certainly together put together this Blue Ribbon Panel that describes a reality that we have to face.

It is amazing what you can accomplish when you really do not care who gets credit for it.
