I remember very clearly, Mr. Speaker, I had been in Congress only a few days--the President of the United States came into this Chamber for the State of the Union address--and my good friend from Maine invited me to sit with him. We began a relationship there and continued to work together throughout these last few years. Thank you very much for coming to the floor tonight.
