I'd like to thank the gentleman from California for those remarks. You've heard a little bit from the west coast. You heard a little bit from the heartland. Now we can hear a little bit from the east coast, the State of Pennsylvania, and another colleague of mine, another member of our freshman class that we have of 49, and now soon to be 50 freshman Democrats in this House of the 113th Congress. Representative Matt Cartwright is a lawyer by trade. He represents consumers and making sure they get their fair share in this country. Mr. Cartwright also is a member of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee, where he is the ranking Democrat on a committee to make sure that economic development is a priority for the people of this country. It is my honor to yield to the gentleman from Pennsylvania.
