Thank you, Representative Schakowsky. In fact, when you talked about that, according to the Economic Policy Institute, the average family expense for a typical family in Chicago is $73,055. That $600 allotment for rent is hardly enough. That $20 for health care will get you a bottle of orange juice and maybe some Band-Aids, but I don't know if I'd call that health care.
