I think it is time for a more modern definition of defense.
I am really concerned about what those cuts mean.
I feel like--and I am a small business owner for 35 years. And I could tell you what I am seeing right now.
Just to raise that age would be certainly a bait-and-switch to those folks and have a negative effect.
