Just to raise that age would be certainly a bait-and-switch to those folks and have a negative effect.
Mr. Chair, the amendment doesn't do anything. It simply says funds in the bill can't be used to prevent voluntary disclosures. The administration is already doing this. Mr. Chair, I reserve the balance of my time.
I look forward to discussing what the FTC has accomplished and the direction it is going, as well as how the fiscal year 2024 budget request will provide the resources they need.
