It is down to 1602. So we are now $22 billion under. This is less Washington spending than what we promised. When I tell folks this, they absolutely do not believe it until I actually show it to them. It is there in the budget. I challenge any of our colleagues to go back to the budget resolution, check out what we promised we were going to spend not more than and find out that when he actually spent less than what was in the original plan.
