The key here is as we eliminate this waste, it provides us with the dollars necessary to reduce the tax burden on the American people, while, at the same time, leaving our hands off of Social Security, which is what the Social Security Preservation Act does, and, at the same time, starting to make some payments on the Federal debt. This is the bright optimistic vision for the future, a debt-free America for our children, Social Security restored for our senior citizens, and a lower tax burden on the American people.
