Well, the thing is, I can understand that with the Mississippi tip, which was the one that used 'professional school shooter,' you had no idea who Nikolas Cruz was.

There have been misguided policies where people who are disruptive at school end up not being arrested.

I believe the act, as passed--and it had been reauthorized with an even larger vote last time--is constitutional.

Why can't the USA Liberty Act be the compromise? Can't we allow the intelligence community to stop terrorists while protecting the constitutional rights of Americans?

What I can say is, I favor tribal sovereignty, and if the problem is within the tribes, then the members of the tribes are going to have to deal with that and fix it.
