Mr. Attorney General, for nearly 2 years, we have been working with DEA and industry stakeholders on legislation to allow nursing home residents access to medically necessary drugs they need to manage crippling pain.

The challenge for all of us is to figure out how to deliver care to them in a way that meets their needs but does not cost our health care system a fortune.

This decision will allow the FBI to do a better job at protecting western Wisconsin and continue the strong local and federal law enforcement partnership there.
