Instead of vouchers and tax cuts for billionaires, we could be investing more in Title I funding to serve low-income students.

It's time we end this predatory practice.

We can tell you with our lived experience that it disproportionately benefits wealthy students who already attend private schools, and they sap monies from our public schools, which disproportionately and especially hurts disabled students…

These programs are not without need of reform. However, reauthorization is crucial to the economic growth and stability and to protect our economic security and interests in our hemisphere. Mr. Speaker, I urge support of this legislation.
