The material previously referred to by Ms. Moore of Wisconsin is as follows: Ms. Moore of Wisconsin moves to recommit the bill H.R. 30 to the Committee on the Judiciary with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith, with the following amendment: Page 3, line 10, insert after ``is inadmissible.'' the following: ``The Attorney General or Secretary of Homeland Security shall not be limited by the criminal court record and may waive the application of clauses (i) and (ii) in the case of an alien who has been battered or subjected to extreme cruelty and who is not and was not the primary perpetrator of violence in the relationship, upon making a determination described in section 237(a)(7)(A)(i).''.
