No. The point being that it is not 102 years old and around since the Spanish-American War. It was repealed after that war in 1902. So the gentleman is inaccurate on that point.

I have to question the timing of this first ever pro-Catholic resolution. And I think it is totally appropriate to bring it to the debate, the fact that if the people who are bringing this resolution forward are so pro-Catholic, let us see…
