Rick Larsen is a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Washington's 2nd congressional district since 2001. A member of the Democratic Party, Larsen has focused on issues such as transportation, economic development, and veterans' affairs during his tenure. He has served on various committees, including the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, where he has advocated for infrastructure improvements and funding for local projects.
Congress, the federal government and the aviation industry must work together to protect airline crews, airport staff and the traveling public from passenger outbursts.
This behavior from a small percentage of the traveling public is disgusting, unacceptable and a danger to fellow passengers, crew and the entire U.S. aviation system.
There was bipartisan legislation incorporated into it... to bring back workers, to protect those workers' jobs.
It is important that the economic and job opportunities available in these industries be available and accessible to all Americans.
