Patty Lynn Murray is a United States Senator from Washington, serving since 1993. A member of the Democratic Party, she has held various leadership positions in the Senate, including serving as the Senate's first female President pro tempore. Because one of the things I hear from veterans a lot is they do not get credit at educational institutions for a lot of the work and experience they have.
Do you have any recommendations how we can improve TAP to help our servicemembers?
I want to thank everybody and, Mr. Chairman, especially you for doing this hearing on a very, very important topic.
I am very concerned that CDC has issued these guidelines, they want people to stay home, it's absolutely the right thing to do.
Expectations were high. We have all watched, with frustration, long lines at home, in many places...
We shouldn't put families in that bind. We should make sure that they stay home when they're sick.
The Alpine Lakes Wilderness Additions and Pratt and Middle Fork Snoqualmie Rivers Protection Act will protect wildlife, promote clean water, enhance and protect recreational opportunities.
The existing 394,000 acre Alpine Lakes Wilderness is a treasure both in Washington State and across the country.
