Is there an objective test developed to give to air traffic controllers on assignment yet?
If more funds are needed for ERAM, will you be identifying which programs will be cut in order to make room for the cost increases on those?
I am very troubled by recent news reports that include stories about air traffic controllers falling asleep on duty.
