Not only do payment differences in Medicare cost the Government and taxpayers more money, but it costs seniors more because they are paying inflated coinsurance amounts for services that would cost significantly less if provided by a nonhospital-owned practice.

I too have concerns about prior authorization and denials within Medicare.

This is bigger than any one person or political party. It is about people, especially the most vulnerable.

I don't want it to languish for years while CMS prioritizes their other agenda.

Our bill has been years in the making, and it is a culmination of a lot of bipartisan work and discussions to bring price transparency to the forefront.
