I want to be very clear, I'm going to be pugnacious in defending the Constitution of the United States. President Trump violated that. That's not OK. And we're going to make sure he upholds the rule of law in this country.
It is my expectation that the federal government will honor that order immediately and take steps to allow folks who've been denied coming into our country to now come into our country.
As attorney general, I have twice filed lawsuits against the Obama administration, even though I'm a Democrat and I deeply admire President Obama. We prevailed on one and the other is still ongoing.
I will not take a half a loaf when it comes to the Constitution, number one.
