Washington state won’t be bullied into changing how we provide opportunities for young people in our state.

This is a thing we can do that essentially costs no money that can really improve student learning and achievement all across our state.

I’d be surprised if we get a few years down the road, and other states aren’t starting to follow this model.

Things are extremely dynamic, especially in Spokane.
