The courts have just look at the harm done to people in my state and Brian's state of Maryland and others that the harm is so great, that they're not going to allow it to go forward while we proceed on the merits.

As attorney general, I have twice filed lawsuits against the Obama administration, even though I'm a Democrat and I deeply admire President Obama. We prevailed on one and the other is still ongoing.
