I think you did what you could, basically, to make sure that people were aware of what was coming.
If you cut the civilian workforce within the Department of Defense, you are cutting defense.
The Department of Defense and every other department needs appropriations bills.
I certainly believe you have done a good job of shining a bright light on the problem and the challenge.
I think the last time I checked there is about less than 1 percent of our population serving in uniform today.
Being able to protect the men and women who serve in our military is job one.
