I send to the desk a motion to instruct conferees. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, the clerk will report the motion. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: The Senator from Vermont [Mr. Sanders], for Mrs. Murray, moves that the managers on the part of the Senate at the conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the House amendment to the resolution S. Con. Res. 11 be instructed to insist that the final conference report include a provision to build on the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013 and provide sequester relief in 2016 and 2017 by closing tax loopholes.
