This is a tragic movie that we have seen over and over and over again, countless times. And I think the word has got to get up. We need major, major Police Department reform. Lethal force has got to be the very last resort. We need police departments get reflected in the demographics of the communities they serve. Police officers must be held accountable for their actions and we need to redefine what police do.
