Congratulations to Lula on his extraordinary reelection victory in the Brazilian presidential election. Lula has stood up for Brazilian workers & democracy — and will continue to do so in the next four years.

Likely voters are essentially where they were a month ago, with 46% in favor of Proposition 40 and 43% opposed—despite a recent push by backers of the measure, including Sen. Bernie Sanders, to rally support.

That has got to change. It’s time to reduce the stress level in our country and allow workers and their families to enjoy a better quality of life.

All they can do is foment hatred and divisiveness.
