The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To provide a sunset date) At the end of the amendment, add the following: SEC. 5. SUNSET. (a) In General.--The amendments made by this Act shall be effective for a 2-year period beginning on July 1, 2013. (b) Repeal.--The amendments made by this Act shall be repealed on July 1, 2015, and section 455(b) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1087e(b)) shall be applied as if this Act the amendments made by this Act had never been enacted.
