Mr. Chairman, thank you very much for allowing me to drop into this Committee of which I am not a member, and thank you also very much, Mr. Chairman, for cosponsorship of legislation that I have introduced which would put a cap on credit card interest rates at 15 percent unless there were some dire circumstances, at which point it could be raised.
