For decades, public school teachers have been overworked, underpaid, understaffed, and maybe most importantly, underappreciated.

The situation has become so absurd that 4 hedge fund managers on Wall Street made more money last year than every kindergarten teacher in America.

In the richest country in the history of the world, we have got to do a lot better than that.
