I think the origin of the idea to get President Zelensky to say out loud he's going to investigate Burisma and 2016 election, I think the originator, the person who came up with that was Mr. Giuliani.

If their troops are stealing food and medicine and supplies that are supposed to be helping refugees, that tells me that they’re not properly supplied with food and medicine, because they have to steal it.
If the Russians are not getting the revenues, from that oil and gas? That does affect them. That affects their ability to do two things. One is fund their military, which is already a major strain, on their economy.
