He used NATO expansion. Putin said that NATO expansion was what caused him to have to invade Ukraine. Well, he`s now saying actually, it`s no big deal. NATO expansion no big deal. That just shows the lies definitely that the NATO expansion argument was never the real reason. President Putin just really wants to dominate Ukraine. And that`s what he was after.
