I hope it will be the pleasure of this body to overwhelmingly reject the Moran amendment. I heartily disagree with his assessment that law enforcement personnel need a 90-day rule to carry out their responsibilities. We are talking about law-abiding gun owners whose purchase was approved. Those records should be destroyed immediately. Please vote against the Moran amendment.
