Here in Virginia, we are taking bold steps to modernize our energy economy, particularly through the development of offshore wind.

If we do not have a faster approval process, we do not--there was so much dismantling done in the previous administration.

The economic potential of offshore wind is truly dramatic.

We can do better than that.

I recommend her 100 percent, without reservation, and would appreciate the Committee's prompt review of her qualifications.

Having been a former Governor and fought transportation and infrastructure battles for many, many years, you know, making sure that we do not see the deterioration of our systems is so critically important.

I think we all know--you know, one in three Americans has diabetes.

I have legislation, bipartisan with Senator Scott of South Carolina, that would allow a virtual platform to be used.

Over the past decade, a hundred rural hospitals have closed; we have seen three of those in my State of Virginia.

I look forward to working with you both on that.

I would like you to both pledge to work with Congress, if you are confirmed, to support rural hospitals.

I think getting diabetes education on a virtual platform really makes good sense.

I think this is an area where we could build a broad coalition. This ESG movement is a good movement.
