we need to make sure that they do not forget the pain that was suffered by all these folks and businesses during the shutdown and make sure that it never happens again.
And is there something like a stop-work clause that is included in all of the government contracts that say that if you are ordered to stop work on a contract, you have to do it?
So we need to do better for our employees. We need to do better for our contract workers, especially as more and more--there is more pressure on the government to do more work through contract employees.
