Mr. Speaker, I want to say, first of all, thank you very much to the ranking member of the committee, the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Conyers) for working with us on this legislation. I want to congratulate the chief sponsors of the legislation, particularly Congressman King of New York who has, as many have said here, been tenacious at pursuing justice. I urge all of my colleagues to support this legislation. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.
