I am certainly familiar with those provisions, and that is accurate as well. The gentleman might also point out that not only were the provisions of H.R. 5113 adopted almost unanimously by this House just a few days ago, not only are those provisions much tougher than existing law, but they are significantly tougher than comparable provisions in the Senate legislation.
