We cannot risk losing the U.S. House. We cannot risk a year in which we do not keep Democrats in power at every level, because if we do, I can assure you that is what is coming.

I absolutely do. And I agree 100 percent, with what Mr. Obergefell said. These rights absolutely are under threat.

I think we need to be very thoughtful about how proactive we can be in both red and blue states to protect some of those rights at the state level, understanding that that's what's coming down the pipeline from contraceptive care, to IVF…

You know, until a right is taken away, and let's face it, it's the first time in our country's history that something like this has happened, that a constitutional protection was stripped away.
