And if this can happen in this constitutional right, it can happen for any constitutional right. And unfortunately, Kavanaugh and Barrett seem to express these same concerns during the oral argument a few weeks ago, and yet they joined this opinion today that completely disregarded what this is going to do to Supreme Court authority going forward.
