if we want to blame anyone for our broken immigration system, we should blame Congress.

Anything short of that is a dereliction of Congress' responsibility and obligation.

The longer we wait to pass comprehensive immigration reform, the more challenging this issue will become.

I'd encourage my colleagues who are seeking a true solution to join our effort to address our broken system.
