I hope that this administration really wrestles with the issue of Syria and understands you are not going to defeat ISIS until you take care of the Syria problem.

So they are not complicit, that is really my question. Are they not complicit?

We have a shared interest in seeing a political settlement in Syria that removes Assad;

Turkey appears to me to be complicit to some extent of allowing foreign fighters to flow from Turkey into Syria.
