We`re advising that a lame-duck president in an election year is not going to be able to tip the balance of the Supreme Court.

You didn`t see Republicans when we had control of the Senate try to rig the game. You didn`t see us try to pack the court.

I'm calling on the Administration to extend those policies, which have provided clarity for travelers, offered certainty for crews, and prevented the spread of disease.

I'm troubled by the CDC's decision to release the study's conclusions in the manner that they did.

I encourage the Administration to be proactive regarding masks on aircraft and I support Federal efforts to ensure that passengers wear masks on planes and that crews have tools to enforce those protections.

I share those concerns along with many privacy and practicality concerns. I also think such a requirement would depress air travel and potentially backfire similar to a domestic testing requirement.

Big Tech's standard answer to all of that is essentially, jump in a lake.

That market power, with zero transparency and zero accountability, I think, it is dangerous.

Well and let me encourage you. I think there is particular value the Commission can add, in terms of transparency, in terms of addressing the black box.

I think Big Tech today represents the greatest accumulation of power--market power and monopoly power over information that the world has ever seen.

I think the Commission has not done nearly enough to reign in the abuse of power of Big Tech.

Simply making that information public, for multiple cycles, what they are doing, I think would be incredibly beneficial, reigning in the abuse of power.
