It is ridiculous. I don't say that as a Democrat or as a Member of Congress. I say that as a former judge responsible for upholding our Constitution and the rule of law.
We've got to do something. This is just one more death too many. And if we've got to bring outside, independent folks to come in and look at it, we should do that.
All available footage, communications, and other evidence should be preserved and reviewed as part of a full and impartial investigation.
